Why make a will?

If you pass away without leaving a Will, then a number of additional legal steps are required to wind up your estate. Additional costs also are incurred in appointing an Executor and your estate may not pass to those you intended.

How can we help?

At MGH Legal, we can prepare a Will for clients to ensure that their wishes are taken into account on death, any dependents are provided for and assets are dealt with in accordance with the terms of your Will.

We provide you with a Wills questionnaire to complete, and thereafter provide you with a draft Will for approval. You can make an appointment to see us if you wish but this is not essential in every case. Everything can normally be carried out via email, phone and post.

Standard Wills can cost as little as £60 + vat.
