MGH Legal are members of the Law Society of Scotland and have significant experience in buying and selling of property, both residential and commercial, including small housing developments, farmhouse developments, remortgaging of properties and leasing. We also specialise in Executries (winding up of a deceased person’s estate), Wills and Powers of Attorney. Our solicitor Martin Hogg has 40 years experience and formerly ran the Stirling Office as a Partner in Blackwood & Co. Rita Hogg runs our Executry department and has many years experience in winding up estates and dealing with beneficiaries. Suzanne Panchal, our Legal Executive, is experienced in conveyancing and commercial work. Jane Davies, our Legal Secretary, previously worked with Wimpey Homes and has broad experience in house purchases and sales.
Our Clients
We have a broad range of clients that include private individuals, companies and house builders. Our relationships with clients are built on quality of service, communication and trust. We have clients from the Islands to the Borders and do not let distance prevent us from acting for clients. Unlike some Law firms, MGH Legal’s philosophy is not to delegate legal work to a junior Solicitor or paralegal. We believe in providing the highest quality personal service.
